MSCI’s Executive Chart Book continues to bring members an industry premier benchmarking survey that rates your company’s performance in a wide range of financial, operational and productivity measures.  All of these measures compare your results to the results of similar service centers.

The executive summary, the Dashboard Report, distills hundreds of metrics into several Key Performance Ratios.  Each KPR metric comparison includes comments on your company’s performance and, if appropriate, suggested improvement actions. The Dashboard Report is a custom report for each participant using sophisticated computer analyses of your company’s performance gaps.
