MSCI Organization

MSCI is organized in a tiered manner according to the needs of its members. There are local chapters of MSCI which stage events and meetings for member companies and individuals throughout the U.S. and Canada.

MSCI has Product Divisions, each headed by a volunteer member Council, whose events are held periodically throughout the year and are targeted to member companies and individuals whose product interests are similar. MSCI's Product Divisions are:

  • Aluminum Products Division
  • Bar Products Division
  • Flat Rolled Products Division
  • Plates and Shapes Product Division
  • Specialty Metals Product Division
  • Tubular Products Division
  • Canadian Division

MSCI also has an active set of Committees whose members address functional areas for both MSCI governance and in terms of industry interest.

The MSCI Foundation for Continuing Education organizes and develops industry education and training opportunities for members, including MetalLearn©, an online introductory product knowledge course.
