These online events can be accessed by all member company employees no matter where they are in the world, and replays can be viewed whenever members have time to watch them. • January 12, 2022, 10 a.m. CT: MSCI will host a free, one-hour webinar for members on no-poach agreements. MSCI General Counsel Mark McCareins will explain what agreements and hiring practices violate antitrust laws and provides a full understanding on how to avoid prosecution.
