MSCI Philadelphia Chapter Awards Twelve Scholarships in 2020!

The Philadelphia Chapter is pleased to announce their 2020 scholarship recipients.  Twelve students whose parents work for MSCI member companies each received a $3,000 scholarship to further their education.

Cameron Celebuski is attending Case Western Reserve University.  Cameron’s father is Tony Celebuski with TW Metals, Exton, PA.

Ella Czarnecki is the daughter of Jay Czarnecki of EMJ, Langhorne, PA.  She is attending the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

Madison Hahn is a student at West Chester University.  Madison’s father is Chuck Hahn of Amerinox Processing in Camden, NJ.

Madelyn Kleiser is the daughter of Kim Kleiser of Chapel Steel in Lower Gwynedd, PA.  Madelyn is attending Gwynedd Mercy University.

Michaela Lippert is a student at Stockton University.  Her father, Marc Lippert, works at Phoenix Metals, Morrisville, PA.

Andrea Maris is attending the Fashion Institute of Technology.  She is the daughter of Radu Maris, with Ryerson in Morrisville, PA.

Grace McNelis is the daughter of Michael McNelis of AM Castle in Fairless Hills, PA.  She is a student at Fordham University.

Carmen Ostroski is a student at Villanova University.  His father, Chip Ostroski, is with TW Metals, Exton, PA.

Hannah Rice is the daughter of Michael Rice of Metals USA in Langhorne, PA.  She is attending Simmons University.

Kylie Riveron is a student at Penn State University.  Her father, Dennis Riveron, is with Pennsylvania Steel Co. in Whitehall, PA.

Olivia Shenk is the daughter of Donna Shenk of Arconic, Inc., in Lancaster PA.  Olivia is a student at the University of Pittsburgh.

Jordan Umstead is attending Kutztown University.  Jordan’s father is Scott Umstead with Phoenix Tube in Bethlehem, PA.

Congratulations to these twelve young adults, who all remained diligent and focused on their education during challenging times!

The Philadelphia Chapter thanks our member companies, who remained committed to rewarding these deserving students, despite business uncertainties.  Without their generosity, we would not have been able to award $36,000 in scholarships!

Applications for the 2021 Philadelphia Chapter Scholarships will be accepted after January 1, 2021.  The deadline for applications is May 1, 2021.  See the MSCI Chapter Scholarship website for further information.
